Trip Leader: Eva Moylan

Eva is from the Central Coast of California and is a lifelong birder with a passion for conservation. She is currently a Master’s student in the Francis Lab at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she studies how artificial noise and light pollution impact bird populations. Her research focuses on how these human-caused disturbances affect bird behavior, as well as the connection between eye structure and birds’ responses to artificial light at night.
