We understand that sometimes questions arise beyond what documentation can cover, or technical issues may occur. In such instances, rest assured, we have your back! Our dedicated support system, powered by Zendesk, allows you to submit support tickets directly to our festival staff. They are here to assist you promptly and effectively. Additionally, you can reach out via our phone message line, where your voicemail will automatically generate a support ticket. How to Ask for Help

Use any of the following methods to create a ticket.
  1. Send an email to [email protected].
  2. Click the Communicate button on the dashboard.
  3. Click the CONTACT FESTIVAL button in Available Trips to ask about that specific trip.
  4. Call the festival message line. Your message will be converted to a support ticket. Note: If you call from the same number in your profile the system will match up your phone number with your profile allowing the festival to respond via email.
