Joseph Belli
Joseph Belli is a wildlife biologist who has worked and volunteered with the condor program at Pinnacles National Park since 2010. He has extensive experience with several of Central California's at-risk reptile and amphibian species, including California red-legged frogs, foothill yellow-legged frogs, California tiger salamanders and western pond turtles. He is the author of "Diablo Diaries", a collection of natural history essays centered on the Diablo Range in Central California, and his work has appeared in High Country News. He saw his first condor in 1984 and has been fascinated by them since his childhood.
