Richard Neidhardt Richard grew up on a lake in South Carolina, obsessed with everything that flies, hops, crawls, slithers and swims. He retired in 2009, after a 40 year career as a construction manager/estimator, building projects in many parts of the country and began volunteering with the California Condor Recovery Program at Pinnacles National Monument (now a National Park).
