Leader Details

Robert Lindsay Rob has been birding Santa Barbara County for the last 45 years. He was a field observer for in the 1980's prior to the capture of the last remaining California Condors and was among those monitoring the last known wild nest. He has birded extensively throughout the US and beyond (Hawaii, Jamaica, Nepal, Belize, Peru, Ireland, Spain, Morocco, Australia, New Zealand. Rob is ex-president of the Santa Barbara Audubon Society and has led field trips for the chapter for four decades. He is a retired public school science teacher.
