Will Knowlton grew up in Templeton, California, and earned his biology degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He now works locally as a wildlife biologist, where his passion for the natural world extends well beyond the county. His birding adventures have taken him across the globe - to Madagascar, Malaysia, Colombia, South Africa, and most recently, Bhutan.
