Scott Stellar Scott Stellar is a California native born and raised�moved to the Central Coast in 1987. Has a B.S. degree in recreation and a master�s degree in education. Outdoor enthusiast, birder, photographer, and non-commercial guide in several fields of activities. Got into birding while cruising around Santa Margarita Lake in their small pontoon boat in 2010�and has been back regularly since then to observe the birds that have been coming and going�including following every year the resident Bald Eagles. Has a pretty good photo library of birds from around the Western US.
