Scott Stellar Scott Stellar is a California native born and raised... moved to the Central Coast in 1987. Has a B.S. degree in recreation and a master's degree in education. Outdoor enthusiast, birder, photographer, and non-commercial guide in several fields of activities. Got into birding while cruising around Santa Margarita Lake in their small pontoon boat in 2010... and has been back regularly since then to observe the birds that have been coming and going... including following every year the resident Bald Eagles. Has a pretty good photo library of birds from around the Western US.
