From her experience, one of the greatest challenges is finding more native plants that are best suited for pollinators in their region of habitat. Explore this native plant nursery and document in your nature journal native plants that will be discussed and explore on your own in this beautiful haven that provides important essentials for your garden and wildlife friends can benefit from. Bring: portable tripod stool, water and sun hat, your favorite journal and writing supplies (watercolors and brush pen, colored and graphite pencils, pens for drawing).
Meets at Las Pilatas Nursery, 3232 Las Pilitas Rd, Santa Margarita. Please allow at least 50 min driving time, preview map prior to driving as cell reception is minimal. There will be an opportunity to shop for plants and an optional BYO Lunch.
