journaling
Meet with author, naturalist, and life-long gardener Sharon Lovejoy to learn how to plant a garden that will attract and nurture birds, native bees, butterflies, and other critters. Sharon will share an illustrated talk and take participants on a walk through the San Luis Obispo Botanical Gardens for a bird's eye view of what works and how to plan and plant successfully. She will focus on the value of native plants and drought-tolerant species that provide food, nesting materials, larval host plants, and habitat.
Meets in the Oak Glen Pavilion at SLO Botanical Garden (inside El Choro Park), 3450 Dairy Creek Road, San Luis Obispo.
