Jim Burcio Jim graduated from Humboldt State University with a degree in Wildlife Management and Biology. He has actively carved wildfowl since 1974, competed nationally and has judged major carving shows. He has been a featured carver at many places including the Academy of Arts and Sciences in San Francisco and the Lynn House Museum in Antioch, CA. For the past 30 years, Jim has been the lead instructor for the Pacific Flyway Decoy Association�s wildfowl carving seminars.
